Tom studied Social Data Science at the Oxford Internet Institute, and Economics, and Commercial Law at the University of Sydney. He is passionate about using big data and designing efficient data system flows to create better social outcomes.
His research interests include network analysis, digital platforms, information economics, and natural language processing, with a focus on understanding and improving complex information systems.
